What should I do if I get an Internal Server Error while ordering?

If you see an error message saying "Internal Server Error... The server encountered an internal error .... and was unable to complete your request", there are a few things to try:

When getting an Internal Server Error, most people find that hitting the Reload or Refresh button on their browser fixes the problem. They then find that the page is loaded successfully. This is an indication of low memory of disk specification in your browser. Increasing these memory resources may help you.

If you still see same error message after reloading the page, please contact the GES DAAC User Service group at 301-614-5224 (toll-free 877-422-1222) or send an email to help@daac.gsfc.nasa.gov with information about when the problem occurred and what product you were trying to order.
