How do I place a standing order or subscription?

If there is data you wish to automatically receive when it arrives at the DAAC, you can request to be placed on a list for standing orders or subscriptions. Contact the Goddard DAAC Help Desk: 301-614-5224 help-disc@listserv.gsfc.nasa.gov

How do I check the status of an order?

You will receive an email message, after your order has been added to the GSFC DAAC database, with instructions on how to check the status of your order. An internet address used to access your data will be provided in the email sent.
